Got up at 9. Managed to eat pizza and drink Mountain Dew before noon. Kelsey showed up at noon and I went over to her house. We just talked for like 2 hours and eventually ate grilled cheese for lunch. Headed out to the trampoline afterwards and spent pretty much the entire afternoon on it with Sam and Holly aside from a trip inside to eat freezies. Got a scraped elbow and a very painful internal toe injury from toppling on people and being jumped on, but it was so worth it. Had dinner there with the entire family, then afterwards went back to the trampoline. Finally decided to get off a bit later and went over and sat on the neighbor's lawn to play with their dog Yogi who looked a lot like a fox. Got another ride back home with Kelsey's dad and when I got home I was pretty happy already.
But it got better.
When I got home my Mom was on the phone, so I naturally just said "Hi" and started to head upstairs...when I noticed something on the landing that looked curious and picked it up immediately. Turns out it's a notebook charger, compatible with my old laptop as well as like hundreds of others EXCEPT my newer laptop. It is extremely awesome and retracts and stuff, and even includes a little sac for storing the cable in when not in use. I am just over the moon about this...I loved my laptop so much.
